9th OECD Roundtable on Cities and Regions for the SDGs
This roundtable will explore how decentralised development co-operation, city-to-city partnerships and collaboration with higher education institutions can drive progress towards the SDGs. The OECD will launch a new report, conducted with the support of Germany, on the contribution of decentralised development co-operation to better local governance and SDG outcomes in both OECD and partner countries.

Who Captures the Value of Urban Growth?
CTD and the Bratislava–Petržalka City Borough will present the key findings of the CMC Petržalka case study examining how much publicly created land value Bratislava captures through urban planning.
The study estimates that only around 8.5–10% of the value created by key planning changes was captured for public benefit, highlighting broader questions about the design of development contributions, affordable housing and the future transformation of Bratislava’s strategic development areas.
